All proceeds of this book will be donated to the BK Damon Foundation to provide scholarships and business grants to young people and to support missions work and youth programs.

Barron J. Damon, a strategic leader in the non-profit sector with 20 plus years of experience as an Executive of a National Non-Profit. Barron is a seasoned Entrepreneur, Business owner, Philanthropist, and a Certified Professional Philanthropic Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Barron is an author, and host of the Giving While Black Podcasts and has also been featured in several magazines as well as a special guest on TV, radio shows, and podcasts discussing topics related to philanthropy, youth development, business, and travel.
Barron is the CEO of the BK Damon Foundation whose mission is to make a difference in the lives of young people and adults through philanthropic acts of kindness. Barron, serves on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce, President-Elect for the Rotary Club and uses his time, talent, and treasure to support many charities locally and abroad.
